My name is Mark Johnson. I live in Charleston, IL with my wife, too many cats (yes, I said it), and over 10,000 books. I have a bad habit of collecting gadgets and I spend way too much time finding new ways to use them. I also read and write reviews of historical fiction. In my spare time, I work as a systems administrator for a small department at the University of Illinois. I’m an IT staff of one, but that pretty much lets me do what I want with no worries about anyone else. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but it’s all fun stuff, so I enjoy it.
